The Sapulpa Chieftain wrestling team has fallen on hard times, and the Sand Springs Sandites easily won the Highway 97 Rivalry by 63 points.

The Class 6A No. 5 Sand Springs wrestling team beat unranked Sapulpa, 69-6, Tuesday, Jan. 8 at the Sapulpa High School gym, and the Sandites surrendered only one match at 138 pounds.
